Our Goal

Home nursing allows the frail, semi- and non-ambulant elderly sick to avoid unnecessary hospital bills by reducing the need for long periods of hospitalisation.

At Irene Nursing Home, we assess the problems and needs of the elderly sick, then plan and implement the necessary measures for improving his condition, at Irene Nursing Home, we strive to achieve the following goals :

• preserving the dignity, self-respect and individuality of every resident.

• providing a quality of excellence in care, environment, food, furnishings and activities.

• respecting each person's right to privacy in room, bath and personal possessions.

• encouraging each resident to do as much as possible for himself/herself as long as each is able.

• helping each resident adjust to physical intellectual and emotional limitations and still find satisfaction in daily living.

• making welcome at all times each resident's family and friends and encouraging them to be part of our Home.

• informing residents and their families of any medical and nursing treatment/procedures the residents may receive in our Home.

• providing moral support and comfort at all times and to preserve the right to die with dignity, with courage and in peace.
